Hey there!
I am Jason Lau, a junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Rutgers University with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027. My academic interests center on sport performance, biomechanics, and rehabilitation science — fields I explore not just in the classroom but on the track, in the clinic, and on the training floor every day. I am a detail-oriented, culturally adaptable, and relentlessly driven individual who holds myself to high standards in everything I take on. My immediate goal is to complete my degree while continuing to develop professionally as a coach, Physical Therapist, and competitive athlete — ultimately working toward representing Hong Kong in the long jump at the Asian Games and Olympic Games. Long term, I intend to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and return to Hong Kong to build a high-performance sport and rehabilitation facility that serves the next generation of athletes.
